Why is my blog named wifeExpectancy? One thing I have learned over the years, is that I expect A LOT of myself. From personal running records to a spotless home, I have high expectations and a need for constant achievement. Unfortunately, this also means that I beat myself up. TOO MUCH.

I will attempt to offer you something interesting and of value through the day-to-day activities as I work, run, parent and partner–highlighting the lessons, laughs, highs and (inevitable) lows along the way.
